Indoor rock climbing for beginners

3 x 2 hour sessions

This course is the perfect introduction to indoor rock climbing and bouldering. 

During the course your instructor will teach you everything you need to climb indoors. 

Once you have finished the course you will be able to register as a member.

The course will cover the following topics

• How to put on a harness, tie knots & belay.
• The climbing grade system.
• Technique.

The Rope Race Climbing Centre is just off the main A6 road

so is in easy reach off Manchester, Stockport, Tamside, Cheshire

and Derbyshire
