Rope Race will not ship or sell to any of the following countries.
Balkans,Belarus,Burma?Myanmar, Cuba,Democratic Republic of Congo, Federal Republic of Yugoslavia & Serbia, International Criminal Tribunal of The Former Yugoslavia, Iran, Iraq, Ivory Coast (Cote d`Ivoire), Lebanon and Syria, Liberia, North Korea (Democratic People`s Republic of Korea), Sudan, Syria, Zimbabwe.

How to order
Follow the on-line procedure.
If an item is out of stock or there is a delay in delivery we will e-mail and let you know immediately.
Shipping
Orders will normally be dispatched within five working days. Where an item can not be dispatched within the normal time scale or is out of stock we will contact you, giving you the option to cancel your order.
For security reasons ALL packages must be signed for.
Please use an alternative or work address for delivery if you are not at home during normal work hours.
Payment
On-line and telephone orders can be paid for with the following
Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch and Solo.
We will only charge your credit or debit card once your item is ready to be posted. If an item is out of stock we will only take payment once it is back in stock and we have received confirmation from you that you still wish to purchase it.
Please do not send cash through the post to pay for an order.
Please note that we wait 5 working days for your Cheque to clear before we dispatch your order.
Please include a contact phone number and your full address or we are unable to send the items out.
Prices
All the prices are in £ sterling and we reserve the right to change any advertised prices at any time. We aim to introduce new ranges and items regularly therefore the products shown are subject to availability and may be changed at any time.

Returns, Refunds and Cancellations
Please contact us by phone/email within 10 days of ordering, if you wish to return your order for any reason
If you have received an item that is faulty, or has been sent by us incorrectly we will cover the cost of any return postage due. With all returns you will be responsible for the item or items until they reach us. For your own protection, we suggest you use a secure delivery method, which requires a signature upon delivery.
The item must be in the condition you received it and must have all tags attached, original packaging and receipt.
Please allow two weeks for the processing of your refund/ exchange. Please note that we cannot accept items that have been laundered, used or damaged in any way.
We will not refund your return postage charges.
We do not accept the return of Books, Cd's, DVDs or Videos.
Damaged/Faulty goods we will either offer a full refund, or exchange the item...
We will not dispatch replacements or issue refunds until the original item has been returned to us.
We will usually get replacements and refunds sent out to you within two working days of receiving your returned product.
When returning items to us, please use a secure service which provides proof of delivery. We will not be held responsible for returns lost or damaged in transit.
Any costs incurred in returning the item are the responsibility of the customer.
