Welcome to Rope Race Indoor Climbing Centre.

Rope Race Climbing Centre is set in the Goyt Mill, a 100 year old cotton mill adjoining the Peak Forest canal, Marple which is on the outskirts of Stockport town centre and only 6 miles from Manchester City centre.

We opened our doors in 1993 as the best and market leaders in adventure activities, so whether your a complete beginner

or experienced climber we will have a climbing & bouldering walls suitable for you.

We pride ourselves in being one of the founder members of the Association of British Climbing Walls,

and are licened with the  Adventure Activities Licensing Authority working with school and youth groups in Manchester and surrounding areas.

Rope Race Climbing Centre is also a Primary & Awarding centre for the

National Indoor Climbing Achievement Scheme (NICAS)

We have grown to encompass one of the U.K`s leading charity abseil & zip wire events companies,

running & managing events across the whole of the U.K
